Found an entry that does not match what your system did, or hit something not covered? Both are worth sending.
Error messages are the whole point of this site, so the message itself is the most valuable part of a report. Paste it in full, including any lines printed before the error - a lot of failures are identifiable only from the two lines above them.
Alongside that: what you ran, which shell, which operating system and version, and which version of the tool. Those five details resolve most reports without a round trip.
If an entry already covers what you saw, a short note confirming it still happens is still useful - it keeps the entry honest about which versions are affected. No need to write it up again.
